Business House has been serving public health since pre-pandemic.  We have truly seen the evolution of health departments as they gained the spotlight for public health information during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Working Monday through Sunday, we were a dedicated extension of the Lincoln Trail District Health Department’s team.  Assisting in daily information dispersement via their website and social media, providing social media community management, and rolling out new tools to better serve the communities needs.

We implemented a quarantine calculator on a number of health department sites, to reduce call volume internally and confusion on quarantine periods throughout the community.  We also assisted in an online vaccination scheduling as new vaccines rolled out for for various age groups.

Business House is now working with health departments as we exit the pandemic.  Since the pandemic allowed health departments to be a trusted source of information for public health, we can now, post-pandemic, utilize this platform to launch effective campaigns.  These range from vaccination awareness to services provided within your health clinics.
