The Kentucky Health Access Nurturing Development Services (HANDS) Program is is a voluntary home-visitation program free of charge to any expectant or new parent with children under the age of two. The HANDS Program’s primary goal is to support families as they build healthy, safe environments for the optimal growth and development of children.

We have provided services to health departments who are seeking an effective means of disseminating information for their HANDS Program.  Providing each local HANDS Program resources that help educate their communities so they can better serve families and increase enrollment.  

Our services have ranged from landing pages, video production and social media management with complete advertising campaigns targeted to parents and grandparents with children under the age of two.  An increased need for promoting the HANDS Program on a local level and the lack of access to quality, up-to-date assets has allowed us to be an extension of the HANDS Program team.
